Safety Planning
Safety planning is a personalized, practical process that helps individuals and families prepare for and respond to dangerous situations. A safety plan is not a guarantee of safety — it is a tool to help reduce risk and increase options.
Safety plans are most effective when developed with the support of a trained domestic violence advocate or counselor who can help tailor the plan to your specific situation.
